From the first inception, during the pilot phase to the long-term maintenance, our team of SORMAS experts can support you during every step to ensure your implementation project of SORMAS will be successful and sustainable.

But I thought SORMAS was free?

That is correct, SORMAS is published under the GNU General Public License 3.0 as free and open-source software.

You can download, install and use it free of charge now and forever.

The offered services by the SORMAS Foundation are optional and are designed to give you additional support if required and make sure your implementation project will run as smoothly as possible by profiting from our experience from past projects and expert knowledge of the system.

All income generated through these services will be invested back into maintenance and improvement of the SORMAS project as per our non-profit mission and for the good of the overall SORMAS community.

By involving the SORMAS Foundation in your implementation project, you not only get the best services and support, but you also support the project as a whole at the same time.

How can we include the SORMAS Foundation into our project?

There are multiple ways of doing so:

  • As a project partner:
    As a registered non-profit organization, we are eligible to receive public grants. If you are looking to apply for a grant for a SORMAS implementation, the SORMAS Foundation can be included as a partner.

  • As a sub-contractor:
    If you already have secured funding for an implementation project, the SORMAS Foundation can act as a subcontractor for any services required.

Project Management

Our Business Analysts will support you with analyzing your specific requirements and translating them into actionable steps and translating them into technical implementation tasks.

Software Customization

We can provide Project Management to support your implementation project with years of experience in SORMAS related projects, ranging from small pilot projects to national roll-outs.

Requirements
Analysis

If you require customization of SORMAS to fit some of your specific requirements or interoperability with other systems, our team of Software Engineers are here to help you with making sure SORMAS matches your existing IT infrastructure.

User
Training

The SORMAS Foundation will develop a personalized training curriculum together with your stakeholders tailored to your personal requirements and situation. The training can be performed either on-site or virtually depending on your requirements.

Server
Setup

With our experience we can support you with setup of your SORMAS servers to get you up and running as quickly as possible. In case you prefer to not host the system yourself, we can also handle that for you.

Technical
Support

We are still here for you, even after the initial implementation is finished. To ensure the long term success of your project, we can provide you with technical support contracts for maintenance, version updates and troubleshooting.
