Upcoming webinar: Integrating patient surveys into SORMAS: the Luxembourg example
When a new case is reported, health authorities usually need further details from the patient to carry out their investigation, such as when symptoms began, recent travel, and possible exposures. Today, much of this information is gathered through online questionnaires that patients complete themselves.
The Health Directorate of Luxembourg (DISA) uses NgSurvey for its patient questionnaires and SORMAS for disease surveillance and case management. To reduce the need to switch between systems during case investigations, an integration has been developed that transfers questionnaire responses from NgSurvey directly into SORMAS.
The integration reduces manual data entry for inspectors, keeps survey and case data together in one place, and allows both to be exported jointly for reporting to the ECDC.
In this webinar, we will explain how the integration works and give a live demonstration of the feature.
